Description
Next Pedal Building Workshop Date:
The next pedal building workshop will run from 9:30 on 24th March. Tea, coffee and lunch will be provided. We will be finished by about 16:30ish.
What you get at the pedal building workshop:
An enjoyable day in the company of like minded pedal enthusiasts! You do of course take your working fuzz pedal home (and I guarantee it will be working!) along with some new skills, confidence in taking on more advanced projects in the future and even a little bit of electronics theory knowledge!
Who is it aimed at?
Past workshop attendees have ranged from those who’ve never touched up a soldering iron in their lives, to those who’ve attempted pedal building or guitar wiring with varying levels of success. We start at the absolute beginner level and everyone leaves with a working pedal!
Pedal Building Content
We’ll be learning about the venerable Fuzz Face. In the class we’ll be covering practical pedal building and effects pedal theory. I’ve done a quick video explaining a bit more about the workshop content and what I mean by ‘beginner’.
Feedback:
“Loads of fun, Rowan led a great session. It was easy to follow and all abilities were able to keep up.” (Sarah, January 2024 Class)
“Confident to make more FX boxes now. Cool to come away with a pedal I made.” (January 2024 Class)
Venue:
Studio 22, Unit 22 Hardy’s Business Park, Farndon, NG24 3SD (the same unit as the Keld Workshop).
Availability
There are 8 places available on the pedal building workshop. It’s first come first served I’m afraid, so the first eight get the places.
